The objective was to modernize the interior of this hotel while keeping the old structure. A complete facelift was performed on the rooms, common spaces, and the restaurant. As the hotel often accommodates families, some of the standard rooms have been combined to create family suites. We focused on renovating the style and distribution of the rooms while using as many existing elements as possible. The restaurant and bar have been completely redesigned, with a style that combines colorful elements to create spacious and cozy common areas. The renovated dining area makes efficient use of the space, where guests can enjoy the intimacy of an area limited by furniture elements such as wooden sticks, shelves, and flower basins. Particular attention was also paid to acoustic of the restaurant, using sound-absorbing elements such as heraklith ceiling and upholstery.
