Data processing is carried out in compliance with the legal requirements and is based on the following legal bases according to Art. 6 and 7 DSGVO: Data processing is carried out for the fulfilment of the agreed services, for the implementation of contractual measures and to respond to enquiries, for the fulfilment of legal obligations and the protection of legitimate interests, as well as on the basis of the consent of the data subjects.
 

Modality of data processing

Data processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic, and in any case automated, means and shall include the collection, storage, organisation, retention, consultation, processing in the strict sense, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure and storage of data.
Data processing shall be carried out both by the data controller and by processors and third parties whom the controller has commissioned to process the data in order to fulfil the purposes envisaged under point 3 or in cases where this is regulated by law. The data controller has ensured that processors and third parties also process the personal data in accordance with the DSGVO.
The data will be disclosed to domestic and/or foreign natural persons and/or legal entities as necessary, provided that this serves the exercise of the activities and purposes envisaged in point 3. However, a general dissemination of personal data does not take place.
